Consultancy for Quality Implementation Support in Supply Chain Certification

Role Description The consultant or consulting firm will support the Quality of Implementation (QoI) team in reviewing Supply Chain Risk Assessments (SCRAs) and approving Endorsement Letters. - General Objective: Support the QoI team in reviewing SCRAs and approving Endorsement Letters. - Specific Objectives: - Review SCRAs globally based on Certificate Holder (CH) submitted data. - Review and issue Endorsement Letters and licenses for Risk Level A CHs. Activities include: - Endorsement Process: - Extract PowerBI reports of Risk Level A sites. - Review self-assessments. - Create and issue Endorsement Letters and license activation. - Track progress via Excel and email. - SCRAs: - Extract new site lists from the RA platform (RACP). - Review SCRAs, follow up, and clarify information via email. - Update certification scope changes in RACP. - License Extensions: - Issue extensions in RACP. Deliverables include: - PowerBI reports of Risk Level A sites. - Monthly logs of self-assessment reviews. - Endorsement letters and license activations. - Conduct Supply Chain Actors Quality Assurance Checks. - Conduct quality checks for traceability, premium, and royalty. - Identify non-compliant SCAs and follow up to ensure compliance. - Report the reviewed SCA documents and the number of inconsistencies or non-compliances. - Excel/email progress tracking. - RACP lists of new certification sites. - Email follow-ups and certification scope updates. - License extension records. Qualifications - Degree in Administration, Systems Engineering, Agronomy, Agriculture, Agroindustry, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. - Advanced English language skills. - Advanced Excel/database skills. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and adapt to various online systems.
