Supply Chain Specialist
IONITY
• Ensure the availability of spare parts across the charging network • Support the uptime of high-power charging infrastructure • Contribute to efficient logistics processes • Supplier coordination and continuous operational improvement • Work with internal stakeholders, repair workshops, and external suppliers to manage spare parts • Monitor and review stock levels • Support annual inventory and stock counting activities • Organize returns of defective hardware and spare parts • Coordinate customs-related processes and documentation • Review defective parts with the repair workshop • Manage stock levels and demand planning • Create and maintain storage locations in SAP • Maintain and update master data within ERP systems • Handle Intrastat requests and related reporting activities • Order spare parts from third-party suppliers • Track and manage open orders and pending invoices • Coordinate meetings and communication with suppliers and service providers • Support and lead operational and cross-functional projects • Prepare reviews, analyses, and KPI-based evaluations to improve operational performance
Job Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or completed vocational training in logistics, wholesale & foreign trade, or a comparable field
- Initial professional experience in supply chain, logistics, or spare part management is a plus
- Fluent in English and German
- Strong process- and KPI-oriented mindset
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment
- Hands-on mentality with a strong operational focus
- Experience working with ERP systems, ideally SAP
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Power BI knowledge is considered a plus.
