Training Facilitator
Centerfield
• Providing virtual facilitation and adult learning subject matter expertise on special projects to help deliver on key initiatives • Facilitate virtual training for designated licensed and/or non-licensed agents with the ability to deliver, project, and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies, both in group and individual settings • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with managers, colleagues, and other departments • Plan and conduct activities for a balanced program of instruction that meets the needs of adult learners • Prepare instructional materials and presentations • Cross-collaboration with various stakeholders to identify training needs, identify performance gaps, and implement training best practices to ensure alignment with company needs • Develop new or modify existing content that includes clear objectives for all trainings, workshops, activities, and projects • Provide a positive environment and manage group conduct to promote active engagement of participants in the learning process • Responsible for training and enabling agents to meet or exceed baseline sales performance metrics and key performance indicators. • Track metrics and performance of new hires
Job Requirements
- Active Health Insurance License
- Up to date on Continuing Education Coursework
- Corporate Trainer Certified (Preferred)
- College Degree (Preferred)
- 2+ year experience in designing and developing training content
- Proven experience as a virtual facilitator or similar role, with a strong understanding of online facilitation best practices.
- Experience in Medicare
- Must have previous facilitation experience in call center sales environments
- Excellent verbal, written, and calendar maintenance skills with experience in creating and conducting effective presentations
- Detail-oriented and exhibit proficiency in follow-up and time management skills
- Have good attendance and a flexible schedule to train in hours that meet business needs
