• Support legal operations and assist attorneys with case management, legal research, and document preparation • Play a key part in ensuring legal processes run efficiently while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism • Work closely with legal teams, clients, and external parties to support ongoing cases • Maintain records and ensure deadlines are met • Assist attorneys with case preparation, legal research, and document drafting • Prepare, review, and organize legal documents, contracts, and correspondence • Maintain case files, legal records, and documentation in an organized manner • Conduct legal and factual research to support ongoing matters • File legal documents with courts or regulatory agencies as required • Monitor deadlines, court dates, and compliance requirements • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and external parties regarding case-related matters • Assist with discovery processes, document collection, and evidence organization • Schedule meetings, hearings, and appointments for attorneys • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive legal information

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or similar legal support role
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and legal management software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Paralegal certification or relevant legal education preferred
  • Experience supporting litigation, corporate, or employment law matters is a plus
  • Familiarity with legal billing systems and case management platforms
  • Experience working in remote or fast-paced legal environments
