Role Description As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be overseeing associates by providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight to associate mental health professionals working toward independent licensure. Qualifications - Active, unrestricted license: Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in California. - Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field. - Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT). - Ability to provide therapy independently. - Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms. - Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.). - Experience in outpatient or group practice settings.
