Role Description As a Per Diem RN, you will allow our RN team to maintain coverage for all of the nursing tasks they do to support the clinical team of MDs, NPs, and PAs in providing excellent member care through providing direct education, counseling, and clinical care to members. Please note: This is an hourly PRN position. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Telehealth Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LPC) - California to join our FOLX Behavioral Health Services! Role Description As part of the FOLX Clinical team, you will be providing evidence-based clinical care to our members (patients). As a FOLX Clinician, you will be providing clinical care to our members (patients) through a telehealth platform. The clinical services FOLX offers focus directly on the needs of the LGBTQAI+ community and include the following: - Trans/nonbinary gender affirming hormone therapy - Sexual and reproductive health - Primary care - Mental health care Our clinical care is provided both synchronously (all clinical visits are done through audio/visual format) as well as asynchronously (lab reviewing and resulting, answering members’ asynchronous clinical questions, etc.). Clinical care of our patients will always be your first priority, but there is regular time set aside for our clinical team to discuss case studies and attend clinical training sessions. Role Description We are currently seeking a Part-Time Telehealth Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LPC) - Hawaii to join our FOLX Behavioral Health Services! As a therapist with FOLX, you will be providing individual therapy to our members (patients) through a telehealth platform. - Provide individual therapy through synchronous video sessions to adults with a wide range of mental health conditions. - Collaborate with fellow therapists and clinicians to support comprehensive treatment as part of the FOLX clinical team. - Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition and needs; develop and implement therapeutic interventions appropriate to treatment goals; and draw from self-assessments, functional improvement, and goal progress measures to monitor and adjust treatment plans. - Utilize between-session messaging to support patients and communicate with the team through EMR in accordance with FOLX Health policies and procedures. - Participate in treatment team meetings, supervision, and clinical team meetings. - Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation. - Help design, coordinate, and provide therapy services and programs for a variety of patient and community populations. - Comply with federal and state therapy regulations. - Maintain state licenses as required. - Other duties as required. Qualifications - Master's degree or higher from an accredited educational program in psychology, counseling or social work. - Active state license(s) (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, PhD or PsyD) to be able to practice upon hire. - 2+ years of therapy experience. - Clinical experience serving the trans and queer community. - Previous telehealth experience. - Dedication to the FOLX mission and Informed Consent Model of Care that are rooted in empowerment, transparency, and collaboration. - Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with a wide variety of patients and coworkers; fluency in additional languages is a plus. - Organizational and time management skills that allow for timely completion of charts and member care in a remote work environment. - Self-motivation, independence, and willingness to work in a rapidly changing environment. - Ability to learn new apps, programs, and proficiency with virtual meeting platforms. - Demonstrated experience in working with diverse groups, including diversity in race, ethnicity, economic status, and educational background.
