Senior Contract Analyst

• Prepare, verify, and execute invoicing via electronic processing and reporting for an assigned portfolio of accounts. • Balance and maintain client relationships. • Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies. • Keep abreast of contract progression concerning invoicing units. • Interact closely with the Revenue team to ensure timely billing and investigate discrepancies on assigned clients.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in contract analysis, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%).

What you'll do: - Serves as an expert in multiple areas of focus within Financial Crimes space andfacilitatesdiscussions with team members to solution towards the strategic business direction. - Takes ownership of small- and large-scale analyses or business strategy initiatives using advanced innovative/quantitative analytical approaches. - Extracts insights from large, complex data sets to design solutions within the Financial Crimes space through a range of data preparation, modeling, and visualization techniques, including predictive analysis, patternrecognitionand/or Machine Learning. - Utilizes association rule learning, cluster analysis, anomaly detection, dataanalysisand visualization (e.g.,Power BI, Tableau), and object-oriented programming (Python, SAS)too. - Provides insightsintoleadership related toadditionalresource needs ranging from IT investments, 3rd partysupportoradditionalanalysts. - Consults with the business to understand the business direction,environmentand strategies for supported domains/clients; gathers requirements to recommend solutions and influence the business and drive change. - Advocates for self and teammates to encourage the growth of direct and indirect peers toward continual technical and soft skill progression. - Serves as a resource for mathematical skills, business product knowledge, and/or Financial Crimes knowledge. - Ensurerisks associated with business activities are effectivelyidentified, measured,monitored, and controlledin accordance withrisk and compliance policies and procedures. What you have: - Bachelor'sdegree:OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experiencerequired) may be substituted in lieu of degree. - 6 years of experience in financial crimes supporting andparticipatingin stakeholder consultation, needs assessment, requirementtranslationand prescription of technology solutions. - Previousexperience gathering business requirements and applying business rules to recommend technology solutions. - Demonstrated experience using fraud rules management to recommend strategies that reduce or mitigate loss and fraud exposures. - Knowledge of data analysis tools, data visualization, developing analysis queries and procedures in SQL, SAS, BI tools or other analysis software, and relevant industry data & methods and ability to connect external insights to business problems. - Strong knowledge of bank laws and regulations related to money movement and /or payments, including but not limited to Reg E, Reg CC, UDAAP, FACTA and Reg Z. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, withdemonstratedabilityto synthesizedata and clearly reporting findings. What sets you apart: - At least 8 years of Data Analytics experienceleveragingSnowflake SQL and/or SAS in financial services industry. - At least 2 years of AI/ML experience using Python for exploratory data analytics. - Experience with managing data for customer facing identity proofing and authentication tools and products. - Data Mining experience for complex analytics and partner with Technology teams to perform Data Mapping. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated willingness to activelyparticipatein discussions, ask clarifying questions, and present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Preferred experience with Member Authentication and Join Process in addition to Identity Proofing. - US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner.
