Financial Analyst
Calabrio
Role Description Integral part of the Financial Planning and Analysis team. Responsibilities include: - Financial planning and analysis on a corporate level - Budgeting, forecasting, financial statements reporting, review and analysis - Chart of accounts management - Internal reporting structures and key performance metrics reporting and analysis on a corporate level Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities: - Responsible for IT, Facilities, HR and Legal budget/forecast application preparation - Analyzing and managing departmental results, budgets and forecasts - Responsible for chart of account maintenance - Assist in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts - Provide insightful financial analyses that help drive strategic decisions - Work closely with and develop strong interfaces with the business finance and regional accounting teams to ensure that budgeting, forecasting, and expense management requirements are met on a corporate level - Prepare ad hoc reports as required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required; CPA and/or MBA desirable - 3 to 5 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably accounting experience; Big 4 experience a plus - Advanced skills in Excel - Knowledge of financial applications, ERP applications and/or planning applications desirable Requirements - Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations Benefits - Global team recognized for their passion and innovation - Innovative product culture and project exposure - Training and development from industry-leading experts - Cutting edge benefit programs that include: 401(k) with company matching; medical, dental, and vision insurance; disability and life insurance; flexible PTO; paid holidays and parental leave; tuition reimbursement and more - Market competitive pay and benefits based upon the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications - Starting rate of pay for this salaried position is targeted at $90,000

• Supporting project managers by providing timely and accurate data to make informed decisions • Acting as a vital link between multiple departments, ensuring processes are followed smoothly and efficiently • Analyzing and inputting data into systems, updating reports, and tracking project timelines, budgets, and timesheets • Managing resource forecasting and entering relevant data into project management tools • Collecting, organizing, and presenting essential project data and audit control information • Ensuring timesheets are submitted and approved within set deadlines • Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes within the system • Supporting the PMO team by preparing and delivering customer reports
• Lead day-to-day financial management activities across OWGP operations • Manage forecasting, cashflow modelling and monthly financial reporting • Support management of National Wealth Fund and other funding facilities • Maintain appropriate banking structures and fund segregation arrangements • Oversee reconciliations, controls, payment runs and month-end processes • Act as finance lead for payroll coordination and people-cost reporting • Produce insightful management information and variance analysis for leadership and Board reporting • Support external audits, statutory accounts preparation and funder reporting • Work collaboratively across programme and investment teams to strengthen financial controls and decision-making
• Provide hands‑on leadership across the full lifecycle of offshore wind supply chain funding assessments and portfolio management. • Acting as the main point of contact for companies undergoing the OWGP due diligence process. • Preparing summary papers for the Preliminary Investment Committee, outlining proposal quality and identifying DD requirements. • Coordinating internal and external due diligence workstreams and managing supporting documentation (checklists, Q&A, DD information lists). • Delivering internal financial, commercial and market due diligence on a broad range of UK offshore wind supply chain propositions. • Applying proportionate, robust and scalable assessment frameworks as the funding portfolio grows. • Creating, reviewing and upgrading financial models for internal OWGP use and investment evaluation purposes. • Supporting decision‑making by stress‑testing assumptions and assessing value‑for‑money. • Assisting in the development of portfolio reporting and forecasting frameworks. • Contributing analysis and insight for OWGP Board papers and internal management reporting. • Working closely with colleagues across OWGP to ensure investments align with the objectives of the Industrial Growth Plan. • Engaging with co‑investors, public funding bodies and delivery partners to support viable investment structures.
