Job Description The Customer Success Specialist will assist the GolfNow Sales team in managing multiple existing accounts with the goal of maximizing client satisfaction, account retention, and the adoption of the GolfNow suite of products and services. Job Duties - Provide ongoing and effective communication of account status to manage customer expectations. - Develop customer relationships that promote retention and alignment of client goals. - Drive adoption of the 6 core products including Platform, Connect, Answers, Technology, Spotlight, and ClubBuy. - Implement strategic business initiatives to expand the range of offerings for our customers. - Working with Partners to support and help develop plans to operate their business daily. - Review performance of distributions channels and recommend pricing and yield strategies to increase partners revenue. - Ensure a positive, consistent customer experience and successful use of the direct-to-consumer platforms. - Support cold calling initiatives in collaboration with the sales team to schedule meetings and secure new partners for the platform. - Collaborate with various teams and offer additional support as needed, including the broader GolfNow Sales team, Activations, Connect team.
