• Own the technical relationship with a portfolio of customers • Plug our product into each customer's ecosystem • Ship the work yourself, leveraging agentic engineering best practices • Surface trends and patterns from customer work and partner with product engineering to land them in the roadmap • Translate fluently between audiences • Travel to customer sites when the work calls for it • Help shape the FDE function itself

• Lead data platform strategy and execution • Partner with the CDAO to shape overall data strategy and translate it into engineering roadmaps with clear owners, timelines, and outcomes • Own the Snowflake data lake end to end • Develop, maintain, and evolve the platform and its associated services — from ingestion to serving • Build governance that actually works • Drive cross-functional data initiatives

• Lead a portfolio of customer onboardings and expansion opportunities • Become knowledgeable in the Sixfold platform and best practices • Lead executive and stakeholder business reviews • Proactively monitor customer health and usage metrics • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering • Provide feedback to improve processes

• Own the end-to-end design direction for our P&C underwriting product. • Drive product strategy alongside PMs by framing problems, running discovery, and bringing back recommendations that shape the roadmap. • Design agentic workflows and human-in-the-loop interactions; defining how AI agents plan, execute, fail, and hand off to underwriters. • Engage directly with AI engineers on how agent behavior maps to user intent. • Use agentic coding tools like Claude Code to push quick design changes. • Lead alignment conversations and facilitate through ambiguity. • Mentor designers on the team and raise the design bar across your product area. • Jam with the design team on new designs and anything else that enables Sixfold designers to excel. • Drive continuous discovery with underwriters and customer teams.
