• The Clinical Go-To: Act as the primary People Ops partner for Clinical Operations pods. You will attend various cross-functional meetings, listen to challenges, and translate those needs into efficient People Ops workflows • Operational Bridge: Serve as the functional operational lead for clinical-specific initiatives. You understand the clinical lifecycle and ensure the broader People Ops team has the context needed to execute flawlessly • Enablement & Solutions: Identify friction points in how clinical employees interact with our systems (onboarding, access, job changes) and jump in to provide the operational expertise required to solve complex issues • Operational Thought Partner: Serve as a key collaborator on clinical-specific people strategies, including the analysis and action planning for engagement surveys and the development of data-driven retention initiatives • Recruiting & Onboarding Alignment: Lead the synchronization between Clinical Recruiting, People Ops, and Clinical Ops, ensuring that high-volume hiring translates into a seamless day one and beyond experience • Partner with Employee Relations (ER) and Legal as the main People Operations Compliance lead, helping to build the People Ops compliance enablement roadmap for the entire U.S. population across the clinical and non-clinical space • Lead the maintenance and refresh of our Employee Handbooks to ensure that policies for both our clinical and non-clinical populations are accurate, compliant, and easy for employees to access and navigate • Manage the annual EEO-1 reporting process for the clinical and non-clinical population • Lead recurring audits of our People Operations processes to ensure we remain 100% audit-ready • Manage labor law poster refreshes and state-specific notices, ensuring they are accessible to all employees in the office and working remotely
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Ops
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You take pride in being a "fixer." You enjoy listening to a problem and coordinating with a team to get it solved.
- You are excited to dive deep into the area of compliance - handbooks, filings, and audits - and you do it with high attention to detail.
- You know how to lead a project by influence, working across a team of specialists and generalists to deliver a great employee experience.
- You have experience in Workday or similar HRIS
- Comfortable with the Google suite
- Prioritization for candidates in U.S. Eastern or Central Time Zones

About the Position The Operations Supervisor is responsible for directing the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment. This position is responsible for the safety and quality of work for departments and areas of responsibility. Functions Determine work volume, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow to ensure maximum cost effectiveness within the department. • Contribute to the development and implementation of global clinical operations training projects • Work closely with Senior Learning Business Partners to create learning materials • Develop systems such as data trackers to assist in enhancing departmental procedures • Support in scheduling global and regional training sessions • Analyze data and present findings • Effective time and project management, as well as communication and collaboration skills
• Provides operational expertise and strategic input to the Clinical Development Plan (CDP) in collaboration with other IDT representatives. • Ensures the CDP describes the clinical development strategy, comprising effective and, where possible, innovative trial designs and is consistent with the Target Product Profile (TPP). • Accountable for the conduct of all clinical related aspects within the assigned therapeutic indication/program. • Ensure the execution is done in line with the agreed OGSMs, timelines, budget, quality standards, ICH-GCP and applicable regulations, Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs). • Act as primary point of contact for all operational clinical related activities at indication level and as escalation point for trial level activities. • In collaboration with the other IDT members, identifies risks, ensures that these are reflected in applicable risk registers and drives their mitigation. • Drives the timely production of a qualitative Clinical Trial Protocol Concept Sheet. • Collaborates with the Clinical Trial Leads (CTLs) and Clinical Trial Managers (CTM) and their respective Clinical Trial Teams (CTTs) to ensure timely availability of qualitative documents defining the design and the execution of the clinical program (e.g. protocol/protocol amendments, operationalization plans and tools).
