• Diagnose knowledge, process, and tool gaps that impact revenue teams' productivity • Develop continuous enablement strategies, ensuring the commercial team has the right knowledge and resources to perform • Create and optimize sales and service playbooks, standardizing best practices and commercial messaging • Design and improve ramp-up programs to reduce time to productivity for new hires • Implement change management frameworks to ensure adoption of new processes, methodologies, and tools • Work with the Tools squad to ensure efficient use of commercial platforms and systems • Measure the impact of Enablement initiatives by analyzing productivity and conversion KPIs • Create and maintain a knowledge repository to ensure teams have quick access to strategic materials • Collaborate with the Insights squad to turn performance data into concrete improvement actions • Develop rituals and alignment cadences between Enablement, Sales, Customer Success (CS), and other revenue areas

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or related areas such as sales training, sales operations, or Customer Success
  • Knowledge of enablement methods, playbook structuring, and development of training materials for commercial teams
  • Experience creating and implementing ramp-up programs and continuous development for revenue teams
  • Ability to analyze data and performance indicators to measure the impact of Enablement initiatives
  • Capability to structure and optimize learning processes and adoption of new methodologies and tools
  • Experience facilitating trainings, workshops, and alignment rituals across commercial areas
  • Knowledge of HubSpot and sales/support technologies
  • Experience implementing sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, or MEDDIC
