Job Description

SAP Data Analyst

• Partner closely with the Finance team to understand planning processes, business needs, and use cases. • Review and analyze the existing use case list, translating business requirements into data and planning deliverables. • Support the migration of planning processes and models from Vena to SAP SAC Planning. • Build, validate, and adjust data models, planning structures, reports, and input templates in SAP SAC. • Perform financial data analysis, reconciliations, validations, and data quality checks. • Support data organization and integration across multiple sources. • Deliver hands-on work products rather than operating only in an advisory capacity. • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions meet Finance requirements. • Document business rules, data flows, assumptions, and project decisions. • Support testing, user validation, troubleshooting, and post-implementation adjustments.

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in finance, planning, or data transformation projects.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud — SAC Planning.
  • Knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, planning, or financial reporting processes.
  • Ability to work directly with business teams, especially Finance.
  • Practical experience with data analysis, modeling, validation, and delivery of data-driven solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills with both functional and technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical, organized, and delivery-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work remotely in an onshore model.
