Key Responsibilities: - Serves as the first point of representation for the Project Controls team throughout the ITO phase – identifying where PCC involvement is needed across major bids and ensuring the right people are engaged at the right stage, from sales, deal desk, and gate review meetings - Provide early PCC input on schedule feasibility, cost assumptions, and workload assessments before assumptions are locked and submitted to the customer - Validate Level 1–2 baseline schedules to ensure delivery timelines are built forward from operational reality - not backwards from customer-requested dates - Develops and communicates the execution strategy narrative for major bids: translating schedule baseline assumptions, key milestones, and delivery risks into a clear, accessible story that goes beyond static documentation and drives informed decision-making across the ITO and OTR teams - Enforce minimum quality standards for risk and opportunity registers on all major bids, including mandatory coverage of schedule risk topics - Identify proactively and support the execution of quantitative risk analysis - Ensures as-sold budgets are accurately reflected in SAP at the point of order booking, structured and validated at the Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) level to provide the delivery team with a clean, traceable baseline from day one - Role Description We are seeking a Sr. Research Project Coordinator who will work on two projects that utilize a multi-level approach, informed by community engagement and Indigenous Methods, to promote youth wellness and prevent youth suicide, in partnership with Indigenous communities. In collaboration with an engaged research team in Baltimore and Fort Belknap Reservation, the Sr. Research Project Coordinator will work in partnership to support education and capacity-building projects related to achieving data sovereignty and eliminating health disparities at Fort Belknap. The Sr. Research Project Coordinator oversees the day-to-day activities of a single complex or multiple research projects and makes independent decisions that impact the conduct of the research. The primary function of the KSDE TASN Project Co-Project staff is to implement and support the statewide technical assistance and professional learning on behalf of the Kansas State Department of Education Special Education and Title Services (SETS) Team through the Technical Assistance System Network (TASN) contract for coordination.
