Role Description The Vice President of FP&A is a senior finance leader responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision support in a PE-backed professional services organization. This role partners closely with the CFO, executive team, and PE sponsors to drive value creation, margin expansion, scalable growth, and exit readiness. VP FP&A leads FP&A strategy, owns budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analytics, and oversees financial systems and data capabilities, including NetSuite ERP and Power BI reporting. In This Role, You Will: - Strategic Finance & PE Partnership - Serve as a strategic advisor to the CFO, CEO, and PE sponsors - Support investment initiatives, EBITDA growth, and cash flow optimization - Prepare executive and Board-level reporting and presentations - Planning, Forecasting & Modeling - Own annual budgeting, forecasts, and long-range planning - Build driver-based financial models aligned to professional services economics - Improve forecast accuracy, scenario analysis, and decision support - Professional Services Performance - Lead analysis of utilization, pricing, margins, backlog, and staffing - Partner with Business Development on commercial reporting and ROI - Analyze performance by BU, Region, service line, project type, and client - Systems, Data & Reporting - Own FP&A reporting and analytics within NetSuite in partnership with Accounting - Lead Power BI dashboards and executive reporting - Ensure data integrity, governance, and a single source of truth across company data - Team Leadership & Scalability - Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team - Establish best practices in modeling, reporting, and analysis - Drive automation, efficiency, and scalable FP&A processes Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - 12+ years of progressive FP&A or related finance experience - Senior leadership experience in professional services and PE-backed environments - Deep understanding of services KPI, analysis and reporting - Advanced financial modeling and executive communication skills - MBA, CPA, or CFA - M&A and integration experience - Hands-on NetSuite ownership or optimization experience - Advanced Power BI and financial data management expertise Benefits - Employee-focused culture - Strong commitment to work-life balance - 100% Remote work - Flexible vacation & Paid holidays - Paid family care/sick leave - Parental leave - Comprehensive benefits - 401k w/match Fraudulent Recruitment Alert Please be vigilant against fraudulent recruitment attempts.
