Multimedia and Event Production Consultant
CIFOR-ICRAF
• Edit and produce video and multimedia content in accordance with the production standards established by the Global Landscapes Forum (GLF) • Support the management of the YouTube channel, including video uploading, metadata review and updates, and systematic content archiving • Support the Senior Producer in planning and implementing the audio visual setup of digital events • Work closely with other relevant teams involved in multimedia production or event implementation to ensure effective coordination and the successful delivery of production and event outputs • Maintain a strong awareness of current video trends on social media, as well as developments in multimedia technologies and related AI tools
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in film production, broadcasting, communications, or a related field
- Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience in a similar role, supported by a portfolio showcasing recent or ongoing projects
- Possession of personal editing equipment, including a laptop or PC capable of supporting video editing tasks and contributing to the online digital events
- Experienced and have strong proficiency in video editing and basic motion graphics with the ability to deliver high-quality outputs and complete projects within established deadlines
- Demonstrated creativity in the development and production of video content, with the ability to work with minimal supervision in transforming a video concept into the intended final output
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience in audio visual setup for digital events, zoom and webinar system and social media livestreaming
- Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to audio visual during events
- Able to communicate effectively in English in order to coordinate with a global team.

Role Description This US-based role is responsible for driving business growth in our North America region by generating and converting demand through executive-level events and strategic partnerships. This role blends marketing, business development, executive enablement, and event execution. As the Partnership and Events Coordinator, your primary goal is to create high-quality business opportunities by initiating and activating partnerships that lead to executive workshops that serve as the company’s sales funnel. You will continue to build out and fill the introductory sessions led by the CEO as part of our Flow Solutions Workshop series and work to create a community of leaders enthusiastic about Theory of Constraints. You will manage existing partnerships and help find new ones with associations across the United States.
