• Edit and produce video and multimedia content in accordance with the production standards established by the Global Landscapes Forum (GLF). • This includes various formats such as documentaries, trailers, event highlights or summaries, interviews, social media reels, explainer videos, promotional clips, and other multimedia and video formats as required. • Support the management of the YouTube channel, including video uploading, metadata review and updates, and systematic content archiving. • Work closely with other relevant teams involved in multimedia production to ensure effective coordination and the successful delivery of the products. • Maintain a strong awareness of current video trends on social media and related AI tools.
• Edit and produce video and multimedia content in accordance with the production standards established by the Global Landscapes Forum (GLF) • Support the management of the YouTube channel, including video uploading, metadata review and updates, and systematic content archiving • Support the Senior Producer in planning and implementing the audio visual setup of digital events • Work closely with other relevant teams involved in multimedia production or event implementation to ensure effective coordination and the successful delivery of production and event outputs • Maintain a strong awareness of current video trends on social media, as well as developments in multimedia technologies and related AI tools
• Coordinate the development of strategic narratives and thought leadership positioning GLF across climate, biodiversity and land use • Translate evidence and emerging insights across GLF programs, partner networks and trends into clear, compelling framing for convenings, outreach and external engagement • Ensure alignment of knowledge, narratives and convenings with GLF’s Theory of Change (ToC) and MELIA framework • Shape and coordinate proposals and concept development, ensuring strong evidence-based arguments and coherence with GLF strategy, with GLF management and program focal points • Identify emerging trends and opportunities to inform organizational positioning and priority setting • Participate in GLF management meetings, contributing insights from convenings and knowledge processes to support coordination, alignment and decision-making • Lead the design and delivery of GLF flagship convenings, including agenda-setting, concept development, thematic framing and format design • Synthesize insights across GLF programs (Community & Action, Learning, Sustainable Finance), partners and research (including CIFOR-ICRAF) to inform integrated and forward-looking convening agendas • Ensure convenings are knowledge-led, and connect multiple perspectives • In close collaboration with the Digital Communications team, co-design narrative strategies and integrated campaigns that translate GLF knowledge and convenings into broader engagement and influence • Facilitate innovative, creative and outcome-oriented formats that enable exchange, co-creation and collaboration • Ensure convenings deliver clear outputs and follow-up actions • Align convenings and knowledge outputs to strengthen GLF’s contribution to policy, finance and practice outcomes • Support positioning of GLF in global and regional policy processes and dialogues • Work closely with the Partnerships Officer and Regional Coordinators to leverage Charter Members and strategic partners for influence and impact • Identify and support strategic engagement opportunities that advance GLF’s role as a trusted convenor and knowledge platform • Coordinate and guide the Knowledge Team, providing clarity on priorities, roles and workflows to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of GLF events, and in collaboration with GLF program teams • Work closely with the GLF MELIA Officer to ensure convenings and knowledge processes generate and feed evidence into MELIA • Maintain oversight of delivery processes while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and available resources

Regional Program Analyst, LAC – Latin America and the Caribbean

• Support the Regional Coordinator on overall regional portfolio performance, including in critical planning and monitoring exercises. • Act as focal person for ILC member-led platforms at national level, namely National Land Coalitions (NLCs) in the region. • Provide strategic technical support to ILC member-led platforms at national level, namely National Land Coalitions (NLCs) in the region. • Support portfolio expansion under NLCs. • Support ILC members in planning, transformative strategy formulation development and multi-year action plans, in line with the ILC operating model. • Collaborate with Regional Data Specialist and Regional Policy and Advocacy Specialists to foster collaboration and synergies around NLCs, while ensuring effective resource management, joint work plans and advocacy. • Assist member-led NLCs in initiating and enhancing partnerships with IGOs, development partners and foundations. • Represent ILC Regional Team at national and regional events as requested by the ILC Regional Coordination Officer.
• Lead and implement advanced remote sensing analysis tasks, including processing of optical and SAR data, timeseries analysis, and predictive modeling. • Design and implement machine learning pipelines for geospatial analysis, including feature engineering, model selection, hyper parameter tuning, and validation. • Develop and deploy deep learning models (CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, Transformers) for image classification, segmentation, object detection, and time series forecasting. • Apply advanced AI techniques for predictive modelling and mapping of indicators relevant to ecosystem health assessment. • Process and analyze optical data (Sentinel 2, Landsat 8/9) and SAR data (Sentinel 1). • Implement time series analysis and forecasting models. • Develop scalable, reproducible spatial data processing workflows and contribute to MLOps practices. • Supervise a team of junior spatial data scientists and developers. • Lead internal capacity development seminars on machine learning and AI applications.
