Role Description The AI Instructor will support the School Outreach Coordinator in delivering the Institute's AI literacy program across schools and membership communities. This role is primarily focused on teaching AI concepts to students and members, ensuring that every session is engaging, accessible, and aligned with the Institute's curriculum. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver advanced AI literacy sessions to the AI-4AI community as part of the Institute’s membership programme. - Design and prepare curriculum for advanced AI literacy tailored to the needs of the AI-4AI community. - Monitor and track knowledge growth within the community based on delivered topics and learning outcomes. - Stay up to date with emerging AI trends, tools, and developments, demonstrating a strong capacity for continuous learning. - Maintain a solid grounding in advanced AI literacy concepts and their practical applications. - Support the delivery of AI literacy sessions to secondary school students during outreach visits, in alignment with the Institute’s approved curriculum. - Facilitate clear, engaging, and age-appropriate learning experiences for diverse student audiences. - Support the School Outreach Coordinator in the planning and execution of outreach activities. - Assist in the preparation of teaching materials, session guides, and handouts ahead of outreach engagements. - Maintain accurate attendance records and session notes and provide timely updates to the School Outreach Coordinator after each engagement. - Incorporate participant feedback to continuously improve the quality, relevance, and delivery of AI literacy sessions. - Contribute actively to the achievement of the Institute’s mission and vision. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, a STEM field, or a related discipline. - 1–3 years of experience in teaching, tutoring, or training facilitation. - Familiarity with AI concepts and tools relevant to beginner and intermediate audiences. - Strong communication and classroom facilitation skills. - Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from a coordinator. • Produce social content across the content-driven platforms (YouTube and IG to start), with a clear understanding of what performs where and why. • Audit and reimagine social and communications workflows through the lens of GEO — ensuring content is structured, distributed, and formatted to be discovered and cited by AI-driven search and answer engines. • Build and manage a social content pipeline leveraging AI-native tools when appropriate: from ideation and scripting through production, editing, scheduling, and performance analysis. • Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI tooling across the full content lifecycle — not just for social, but across communications, content marketing, and editorial functions. • Build durable systems — playbooks, templates, governance frameworks, and training — so the team can produce at scale without the quality or consistency slipping. • Serve as the team's internal authority on the AI landscape: what's production-ready, what's coming, and what requires us to change how we work now.

• You are responsible for the commercial success of Heartbeat AI in all markets where we operate — from the value proposition and pricing to the execution and scaling of successful initiatives. • You lead and develop a team in Germany and orchestrate implementation across product, marketing, sales, operations and our partner ecosystem. • You define the value proposition, bundling logic and pricing across our portfolio of hardware, software, energy and services. • You refine what we sell, how it is packaged and how it is monetized — and define the next major product we will bring to market. • You sharpen Heartbeat AI’s competitive positioning in each market by understanding local competitors and how our value proposition needs to be adapted. • You connect product, marketing and sales — defining sales enablement, training and the product-requirements that come back from the field. • You are responsible for go-to-market launches and post-launch performance.
