HCM Associate Consultant

• Assist in research, data collection, and analysis for client projects. • Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to clients. • Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions. • Help identify issues, challenges, and opportunities for clients. • Collaborate with the team to develop solutions and recommendations. • Continuously learn and develop skills in areas relevant to consulting. • Collaborate with designers and project managers, to understand project requirements. • Assist in project planning, execution, and management by performing tasks such as data collection, project scheduling, and progress tracking. • Stay up to date with emerging web development trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend their integration into projects when applicable.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.) preferred.
  • 2+ years of consulting experience or in related field.
  • If no prior working experience, strong academic performance is preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical abilities to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges. Flexibility to learn about different industries and client needs are important in this role.
  • Communication: Clear communication, both written and verbal, for collaborating with team members and conveying findings to clients. Proficient in English
  • Problem Solving: Good at identifying problems, proposing solutions, and working with others to implement those solutions.
  • Teamwork: Often work in teams, so the ability to collaborate and contribute to group efforts is crucial.
