Role Description Are you a direct-response specialist who knows how to bridge the gap between a click and a conversion? Can you engineer advertorials that transform cold traffic into brand advocates? We are looking for a sharp, conversion-focused Funnel Strategist to join our tight-knit team and lead our creative testing department. In this role, you aren't just a copywriter—you are a conversion architect. You will own the "middle" of the funnel, designing high-impact advertorials and landing pages that specifically cater to the high-intent traffic coming from Google Ads. What You'll Do - Strategy & Execution: Build and launch a high volume of advertorials, testing multiple psychological angles simultaneously. - Hypothesis-Led Testing: Move away from "random hooks" and toward structured testing roadmaps that provide actionable insights. - Funnel Optimization: Map the entire customer journey to eliminate friction and align the creative message with user expectations. - Data-Driven Iteration: Dive into the metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS) to determine why a test succeeded and how to double down on it. - Collaborative Growth: Sync daily with the Media Buying team to ensure the ad creative and the landing page are a seamless match. - Client Leadership: Act as the expert in client meetings, presenting test results and future strategic directions with clarity. Qualifications - Proven Track Record: Extensive experience writing and testing advertorials for paid traffic. - Direct Response Expertise: Deep understanding of hooks, leads, and the psychology of objection handling. - Platform Knowledge: Understanding of the nuance of Google Ads traffic and how it differs from social platforms like Meta. - Analytical Edge: Comfortable with numbers and use data to validate creative instincts. - Efficiency: Leverage AI tools to sharpen workflow while maintaining high-quality, human-centric output. - Communication: Native/C2 German speaker with B2 English proficiency.
