Role Description The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Analyst supports Q2IMPACT on an infrastructure evaluation. They will support: - Data collection - Analysis - Reporting - Coordinating stakeholder engagement - Recruitment and collaboration The position collaborates closely with the evaluation team to contribute to evaluation activities. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in social sciences, statistics, research methods, public policy, international relations, or a related field. - 1-3 years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation, data management, or a related area. - Basic knowledge of MEL principles. - Experience with data collection including Key Informant Interview. - Experience with qualitative analysis approaches and report writing. - Familiarity with data collection and analysis methods. - Proficiency in MS Excel or other data analysis tools. - Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. Requirements - Exposure to foreign assistance projects or related fields. - Ability to present data visually using charts or dashboards. - Knowledge of USG (Department of State, Development Finance Corporation, Department of Defense) M&E reporting requirements.
