Role Description - Lead end-to-end Coupa projects (design, configuration, testing, deployment) - Configure and support Coupa modules such as: - Procurement - Invoicing - Sourcing - Contracts - Expenses - Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions - Work closely with business stakeholders, procurement, finance, and IT teams - Design and manage integrations with ERP systems (NetSuite) - Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation - Support UAT, training, and post-go-live support - Troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance - Prepare documentation (BRD, FSD, test cases, SOPs) - Stay updated with Coupa releases and enhancements - Familiar with Coupa-Celigo integration and troubleshooting issues - NetSuite Knowledge is an added advantage Company Description At Zensar, we’re “experience-led everything”.
