Working Student - Performance Marketing

• Support in the operational planning, execution and continuous optimization of online marketing campaigns (LinkedIn Ads / Google Ads) in a B2B environment • Assist in maintaining, developing and efficiently using acquired leads in HubSpot (Marketing Hub) • Analyze campaign performance, create dashboards and derive concrete optimization measures • Active participation in lead management: qualifying leads (MQLs), supporting them throughout the entire customer journey and ensuring smooth handovers to Sales • Close collaboration with the Sales team and gaining insights into real go-to-market processes

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled student in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Business Informatics or a related field
  • Initial practical experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Basic knowledge of HubSpot is desirable
  • Interest in B2B marketing, performance marketing and tech/cybersecurity topics
  • High self‑initiative, strong online affinity and well-developed analytical and conceptual thinking with the ability to develop innovative campaign ideas
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills and very good German and English language skills

Position Summary: As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager of Paid Social, you will play a critical role in driving acquisition by executing, testing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across paid social (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snap, etc.) and programmatic channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Analytics, Creative, and Product, to develop comprehensive tests and accelerate growth. You will also own and evolve our paid social AI workflows and insight reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mobile attribution and incrementality testing, and a track record of building robust experimentation roadmaps. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $162,849 - $199,037 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This is a hybrid position in Mountain View, requiring in-office work 2 days a week.
