Role Description - This is an outcomes-based contractor engagement. Success is measured by what the pod ships, how it performs, and how reliably the cadence holds: - A predictable publishing cadence: Coordinated output from a 3–4 person content team operating on a daily and weekly rhythm, with assignments and deadlines tracked end-to-end. - Published content across platforms: Content distributed across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Facebook in the right formats, at the right windows, with platform-appropriate captions and metadata. - A living content calendar: A 2–4 week forward calendar maintained at all times, with built-in flexibility to absorb rapid-response moments without breaking the underlying plan. - Audience intelligence briefs: Regular, data-grounded direction to the creative team on what to make next — based on performance trends, hook patterns, and audience growth signals, not gut. - QA on every shipped asset: Final QA on captions, thumbnails, tags, descriptions, and accessibility before publish. - Weekly performance readouts: A weekly written readout to leadership translating metrics into narrative: what worked, what didn't, and what's changing as a result. - Strike Team field leadership: Deployments to designated states as needed, coordinating end-to-end content production on the ground and delivering a defined package of finished assets per deployment. Qualifications - You've spent 3–10 years in content operations, social media, or audience growth. - You're a systems operator: You've built workflows that scale — Notion boards, Slack cadences, review pipelines — and you know what works. - You're platform-native: You understand social accounts and know why a Reel outperforms a carousel and when to go long on YouTube. - You're data-driven: Your past work shows decisions made on performance data. You can read a retention curve, explain a CPM, and spot a content trend before it peaks. - You work well with creative teams: You've coordinated with creatives before, written clear briefs, and given useful feedback that gets used. - You've handled rapid-response cycles: Your portfolio shows you've reprioritized a week's calendar and gotten content live by morning. - You care about the mission: You want your operational skills applied to something that matters beyond engagement metrics. • Responsible for project managing the translations development of electronic solutions for all languages in assigned studies • Establishes and maintains scope, provides recommendations, oversees the translations project budget • Manages the translations providers supporting the study • Assists with screenshot development and proofreading, troubleshoots errors and communicates to appropriate PM’s, Development and SQE • Conducts a quality control check on all internal and external deliverables • Manages the overall screenshot development and proofing process • Communicates issues to PDE and SQE team to ensure proper resolution and quality internal and external deliverables • Project Ownership managing both internal and external clients, copyright holders and vendors • Manages all client facing meetings and emails, communicates directly with client, CRO and vendors regarding timelines, study requirements, and scope changes • Provides direct support to Project Manager and Relationship Managers regarding translations timelines, complexities, author/copyright holder management, methodology requirement and the overall rollout of languages taking into account EC/IRB submission support, and SIV rollouts • Sets up projects directly with translations providers • Provides SME advice to clients related to linguistic validation, and EC submission strategies • Manages and troubleshoots technical issues related to all components that impacts translations build, testing and release with internal Clario teams • In addition, manages vendor training on technical files used to create software translations • Assists with training of new team members, SME mentors/facilities training based on subject/need • Translation Vendor Management: manages project deliverables & timelines on a per project basis • Assists with continuous improvement initiatives - cost follow ups, process, document templates, etc. • Ensures practices (internal & external) and procedures meet the regulatory compliance standards for Good Clinical Practices • Facilitates client-facing meetings: manages overall client communication regarding all aspects of the CSTL cycle • Helps support EC/IRB submission requirements, directs client on linguistic validation efforts, educates client on copyright holder requirements • Helps manage and reduce client escalations regarding translations • Fully manages translation study budgets, escalating issues to finance and management as appropriate • Assists in completion and investigation of CAPA's both internal and external • Develops training and provides guidance on Translations related procedures (within Dept.) • Provides instrument and library support & development, providing deliverables • Project Manages License Procurement Activities, Rater Training, and any other specialized offerings.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the SAP project, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines. • Manage cross-functional teams including internal stakeholders, SAP consultants, and third-party vendors. • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies. • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus. • Oversee data migration, system integration, testing, and user training activities. • Ensure compliance with organizational change management protocols and governance frameworks. • Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular status updates to executive leadership. • Resolve project issues and escalate critical risks as needed to ensure successful delivery.

• The Construction Project Manager (CPM) will manage delivery, installation, and integration of engineered solutions for industrial and manufacturing clients. • Support management of cost and schedule to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality projects in a timely fashion. • Manage multiple projects and lead teams including construction, project support, and technical resources. • Responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion and turnover of construction totaling an estimated $15MM to $20MM annually.
