Project Manager
Agility Technologies Inc
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all personnel assigned to the contract • Provide overall supervision and direction for the work performed under the contract • Responsible for the quality and efficiency of the work performed • Plan projects and associated activities, develop estimates and schedules • Identify project risks, measure progress, and allocate resources • Conceptualize customer needs and prepare specific implementation strategies • Transform needs, obstacles, and visions of stakeholders into viable solutions • Produce measurable results cultivated by industry evolution and government modernization efforts
Job Requirements
- DHS & U.S. Customs and Border Protection Project experience
- Currently holds or is able to obtain a Secret security clearance
- Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate project teams
- Ability to plan projects and associated activities
- Experience in directing and controlling activities for an organization
- Experience utilizing innovation design concepts, rapid design model(s), and iterative design thinking
- Thorough knowledge of quality management principles
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is desired
- Candidate must have 10+ years’ experience managing complex projects
- A Project Management Professional credential is highly desirable.
