• Develop implementations, changes, and fixes in the Domínio Contábil system using PowerBuilder and the Sybase SQL Anywhere database • Assess the impact of decisions and guide the team to minimize long-term issues • Actively participate in the code review process • Drive innovation and simplify processes with a focus on continuous improvement • Work independently and support the team in resolving complex problems • Design and execute tests for implemented code • Review functional, technical, and project requirements • Support the support team in resolving customer issues and during remote access sessions • Contribute to other team members' estimates • Perform root cause analysis of medium- and high-complexity issues • Produce and maintain product-related technical documentation/manuals • Actively participate and collaborate in meetings, processes, agile ceremonies, and cross-functional interactions • Manage legal deadlines, planning, and tracking of planned versus actual time

• Lead the development of cross-platform mobile applications • Build and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using React Native • Design reusable components and scalable mobile architecture • Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs and third-party services • Collaborate with designers, product teams, and hardware engineers • Optimize performance across iOS and Android platforms • Support integration with hardware peripherals such as Bluetooth devices and other connected technologies • Improve build processes and mobile CI/CD pipelines • Conduct code reviews and support junior developers • Ensure high-quality code through testing and best practices

Role Description We’re looking for developers with experience in WebRTC development to join our server team! You would work with the engineering team to bring new features and improvements to the server user interface like our File management app or one of the many other applications like Calendar and Contacts, Announcements and more.
