What You’ll Do: - AI Infrastructure Orchestration: Design and maintain the infrastructure required to power AI features, including vector database management, model deployment pipelines, and secure integration with LLM providers. - Platform Architecture: Build and evolve our Internal Platforms, focusing on self-service, automation, and reducing cognitive load for internal teams. - Serverless & Event-Driven Systems: Optimize and secure our 100% cloud-native environment, developing and deploying scalable serverless and event-driven architectures (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions, EventBridge, Pub/Sub). - DevSecOps: Implement automated security guardrails within the CI/CD pipeline. You will lead the "Identity/IAM Architecture" to ensure least-privilege access and build automated compliance checks into our Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform). - AI Guardrails: Develop and enforce technical guardrails for our internal AI platform to manage data privacy, cost controls, and ethical usage monitoring. - Reliability & Automation: Drive a "manual-is-a-bug" culture by automating environment provisioning, incident response, and performance monitoring.

• Lead boundary definition and architecture workshops for FedRAMP-target systems. • Produce architecture diagrams and narratives that align to FedRAMP package expectations. • Advise on secure patterns for identity, encryption, logging/monitoring, vulnerability management, and recovery. • Support remediation planning and technical walkthroughs with assessors/sponsors when needed.

Role Description We currently have a vacancy for an Application/Cloud Architect fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert remotely (within EU). In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site. - Install, configure, monitor and troubleshoot application architecture; - Architecture and design of information systems and review of the architecture of existing systems; - Design and development of architecture components and building blocks (back-end/front-end); - Data analysis and data modelling; - Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture; - Production of software architecture documents. Qualifications - University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 15 years; - At least 3 years of proven expertise in Java, Angular and Weblogic or other JEE container, management; - Good knowledge of Middleware systems (e.g. Weblogic Application Server, Oracle Service Bus); - Good knowledge of messaging services and platforms (e.g. Java Message Service, Apache Kafka); - Good knowledge of eUI; - Good knowledge in Akoma Ntoso: simple technology-neutral electronic representations in XML format of parliamentary, legislative and judiciary documents would be considered an asset; - Excellent command of the English language.
