Role Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Jira Administrator professional to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions across the Atlassian platform. You will play a critical role in translating business needs into technical solutions that drive efficiency, collaboration, and innovation across the organization. Your responsibilities - System Design and Configuration - Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions across Atlassian products to support enterprise workflows. - Translate business and user requirements into effective system configurations, automations, and dashboards. - Develop and maintain comprehensive system architecture documentation, blueprints, and standards. - Ensure platform stability, performance, and alignment with organizational goals. - Integration and Automation - Integrate Atlassian tools with enterprise platforms including M365, CI/CD pipelines, and other business systems. - Build and maintain automation solutions using native Atlassian tools, APIs, and scripting (Python, PowerShell, REST, etc.). - Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes through intelligent automation. - Support API development and maintenance for seamless cross-platform connectivity. - Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with product owners, project managers, and technical leads to gather and refine system requirements. - Provide expert guidance on Atlassian capabilities, industry best practices, and governance frameworks. - Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Act as a trusted advisor on platform strategy and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications - Proven experience administering and configuring Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence). - Strong understanding of workflows, custom fields, permission schemes, and automation rules. - Demonstrated experience integrating Atlassian with external tools and platforms using APIs and scripts. - Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, including identity management, change control, and governance. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to think systematically and balance technical precision with user experience. Requirements - Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Groovy). - Knowledge of ITIL, ITSM frameworks, or Agile methodologies. - Atlassian certifications (ACP-100, ACP-200, or equivalent). - Experience with version control, CI/CD tools, and DevOps practices. - Understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and data protection requirements.

Your Daily Impact at Peloton - Accurately and efficiently handle the day-to-day administration of Peloton’s stock plans globally, collaborating with internal departments including Compensation, Payroll, Finance, Accounting, People (HR), and Legal as well as external partners like our stock plan provider, broker, and transfer agent. - Maintain the company's equity administration platform (Shareworks, espp.com) with meticulous accuracy, ensuring it is the single source of truth for all equity data. Verify all equity plan transactions (grants, releases, exercises, dispositions, etc.) are accurately processed. - Effectively communicate with employees about equity compensation programs, providing clear and concise information.
