• Build secure agent runtimes, libraries, and reference implementations while implementing core agent patterns like planner/executor, tool routing, and RAG boundaries • Build and secure MCP servers, clients, tool registries, and connector patterns with robust authentication, authorization, and audit logging • Enforce secure-by-default controls including schema validation, tool allowlists, redaction, and policy checks • Threat model and test agent workflows for prompt injection and data exfiltration to build repeatable security evaluations

Role Description We are continuously looking for experienced professionals who want to support and guide our students on their path to becoming professional developers. This is a full-time teaching role with an expectation of 40 hours per week. The schedule can be flexible, but you must be consistently available to support students throughout their learning journey. What you will do - Host regular live Q&A sessions to help students unblock and progress confidently. - Offer personalized support through 1:1 video calls to answer questions and guide assignments. - Occasionally respond to student questions via direct messages. - Lead live lessons on core program topics and industry-relevant skills. - Share your professional insights and best practices to support the learning community. - Review student projects and provide feedback based on program standards. - Write clear, actionable feedback to help students improve and meet expectations. - Support students in text by explaining concepts, troubleshooting code, and clarifying project or review questions. Requirements - At least 3 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, with knowledge in: - Networking & Architecture: Understanding of flat vs. segmented networks, DMZs, and blast radius reduction. - Authentication & Access Abuse: Ability to identify risks related to privileged access, RDP usage, and mass data exports. - Incident Analysis: Experience investigating failed logins, password resets, and administrative account creation using MITRE ATT&CK tactics. - Log Analysis: Ability to analyze logs and identify suspicious patterns. - Python Programming: Ability to develop scripts for log processing, occurrence counting, and extracting relevant information. - Ability to explain complex topics clearly to beginners. - Patience and empathy toward students who are new to cybersecurity. - Availability to dedicate between 12 and 20 hours per week to the project, with a flexible schedule that may occasionally include weekends. - B1 English level and strong Spanish proficiency. - Ability to answer beginner-level questions with patience and practical examples. • Assist in building and deploying solutions working with Microsoft Purview, Privileged Identity Management and governance strategies • Collaborating with Quisitive team members and client technical managers and staff to understand security challenges • Designing and implementing Microsoft Purview solutions including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection, and Insider Risk Management • Classifying and labeling sensitive data using Microsoft Purview Information Protection and auto-labeling policies • Supporting data governance initiatives through Purview Data Map, data discovery, and compliance posture improvements • Setup and configuration of Microsoft Entra ID • Working with Defender for Microsoft 365 products to improve client security posture • Working with Defender for Endpoint for full endpoint protection & compliance integration within Intune / Endpoint Manager • Working with team members to assist in client transitions to Microsoft Endpoint Manager and co-management • Logging analytics and analyzing data via Azure Log Analytics • Developing, Updating, and Managing PowerShell scripting for automation • Setup and configuration of Conditional Access Policies • Setup and configuration of Privileged Identity Management

• Implement and sustain security controls aligned to CMMC Level 1/2, NIST SP 800-171, and CUI/ITAR requirements • Design and maintain PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) and certificate lifecycle • Implement and manage Identity & Access Management (IAM/IGA) solutions • Drive continuous compliance monitoring and maintain ongoing audit readiness • Support ITGC controls in alignment with established governance frameworks • Serve as the primary Level 3 escalation resource for complex infrastructure and security challenges • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers • Champion operational continuity and long-term infrastructure stability • Oversee patch management and vulnerability remediation programs • Manage Group Policy (GPO) design, implementation, and enforcement • Develop and maintain secure, standardized golden images • Apply CIS/NIST hardening baselines across systems and environments • Support secure lifecycle management from deployment through decommission • Support Active Directory / Azure AD (Entra ID) architecture, integrations, and governance • Administer Microsoft Intune for endpoint compliance and configuration management • Deploy and manage virtual machines and cloud services within Azure, including GCC High • Design, maintain, and optimize infrastructure across hybrid Azure environments
