• Define a cohesive creative strategy aligned with brand and business objectives • Translate marketing goals into innovative concepts and executions • Establish creative standards across all brand communications • Direct asset development across internal comms, external collateral, web/digital, and event activations • Oversee production from concept through final delivery • Provide clear direction and feedback to designers, copywriters, and external partners • Partner with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to develop creative briefs and gain alignment • Present concepts and strategies to senior leadership • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging techniques • Lead integrated campaigns spanning print, digital, video, experiential, and emerging platforms • Ensure consistent brand expression across all touchpoints • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing creative team • Oversee freelancers, vendor and agency relationships • Foster a collaborative, innovative creative culture
Job Requirements
- 10 + years of experience in creative, brand, or design roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, campaign, and multi-channel creative work
- Proven ability to lead creative strategy and execution across multiple products or business lines
- Experience managing internal teams and external agencies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
