Role Description The Research Strategy Engagement will assist in executing evidence-based research contracts to support the US product portfolio(s). This position will be responsible for contracting partnerships across Research Generation and Evidence Based Research, and Customer Payer Insights within Medical Affairs across all therapeutic specific product collaboration areas. The role is key to reach ambitious objectives of shaping the external evidence generation landscape as well as accelerating Bayer’s evidence generation through strategic partnerships in methods and data generation. The incumbent will work within Partnering and Issue Management team to develop stakeholder partnerships and partnership strategy with the Research Strategy and Evidence Generation team(s) on project implementation across all therapeutic areas. This position will support project proposals, conduct legal research and project finalization with external Research Institutions, and major key Customers, among other high priority initiatives, fulfilling the needs of other senior leadership in US Medical Affairs and other senior US/Global Bayer stakeholders.
