• Ongoing account management: Conduct regular status meetings (Jour Fixes) to analyze customer satisfaction, evaluate platform usage and identify current challenges. • Develop tailored proposals and communication strategies based on specific customer needs. • Prepare business case narratives to internally advocate for our solutions. • Lead cross-customer webinars and customer-specific workshops. • Manage the sales cycle: Upselling — identify additional needs within the customer's organization. • Retention: Ensure customer retention and contract renewals. • Network and stakeholder management: Expand the network within customer organizations by identifying and engaging additional relevant contacts.

  • Communication skills: Eloquence and verbal fluency, combined with the ability to understand and represent customers' interests.

  • Willingness to learn: A degree in business, communications, media, or a comparable qualification is desirable. Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, HR, or consulting is an advantage but not required. Required skills can be learned quickly and developed over time.
