• Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems for assigned properties. • Perform all plumbing, electrical, or HVAC requirements of the building(s). • Maintain heating and cooling equipment, DX units, pumps, fan coil units, VAVs, air distribution systems, light commercial package units and split system units. • Monitor and adjust all mechanical equipment necessary to provide a comfortable environment for the buildings. • Perform preventive maintenance duties in accordance with C&W standards, building protocol, manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices. • Inspect electric rooms, IT rooms, back-up generators, fire pump(s), sump pump(s), and ejector pumps when applicable. • Document and report activities to supervisor. • Respond immediately to emergency situations and customer concerns. • Complete all required C&W Safety Training as scheduled annually. • Comply with C&W Uniform Dress Code while working.

• Own the development of conceptual site layouts, grading and drainage approaches, utility routing concepts, and preliminary civil works packages • Work cross-functionally with energy strategy, environmental, construction, operations, and project deployment teams • Develop conceptual and preliminary site layouts for advanced reactor facilities and supporting infrastructure • Design and develop industrial site layouts that integrate sustainability principles • Generate early-stage civil works plans including grading, drainage, access roads, stormwater systems, underground utilities • Support site feasibility studies, constructability evaluations, and site selection efforts • Prepare estimates on overburden and spoils generated and cost estimates for civil and site development scopes • Coordinate with environmental, geotechnical, structural, mechanical, electrical, and construction teams • Support permitting and environmental review activities • Interface with external engineering firms, EPC partners, surveyors, and geotechnical consultants • Develop technical specifications, scopes of work, and design criteria for civil engineering activities • Support development of project schedules and execution strategies for site preparation and construction activities • Participate in iterative design reviews and continuously refine site concepts as project requirements evolve • Generate clear technical documentation, reports, drawings, and presentations

• Actively identify and prioritize security risks, utilizing vulnerability scanning for cloud workloads, containers, and Kubernetes. • Configure security policies across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI to enhance security posture, focusing on misconfigurations and compliance. • Integrate Wiz scanning tools (SAST, DAST, SCA) directly into developer workflows and CI/CD pipelines for "shift-left" security, allowing developers to catch risks early. • Use the Wiz Security Graph to visualize attack paths, prioritizing toxic combinations of vulnerabilities over isolated alerts. • Work with developer teams to remediate findings, providing technical expertise on cloud security, IAM permissions, and threat detection • Manage agents for VM and conducting CSPM and integrate CI/CD Pipelines (multi-cloud infrastructure) • Lead the end-to-end installation and configuration of Wiz agents (Red, Blue, Green) within cloud infrastructure to detect risks and vulnerabilities.

What you will do: * Provide technical leadership to the Azure Cloud Managed Services Team and level 2 and 3 support for cloud managed services customers. Work through an on-call rotation with team members to cover cloud managed services accounts. Serve as technical escalation point for Azure Managed Services Resources. * Regularly interface with technical and business staff of customers, including the project sponsor and stakeholders of projects in more complex engagements. Mentor other engineers to apply engineering background knowledge for project design, analysis, and project coordination of services or products. * Collaborate with internal teams and customers to execute technical change implementations and problem resolutions, manage expectations and timelines to ensure expectations and commitments are being met. * Work with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools to support cloud deployment strategies. * Serve as a collaborative support across internal teams and clients when necessary, using experience and judgment to communicate effectively to all parties. * Serve as technical point of contact on customer engagements taking control of complex or vague problems and coordinating resolutions in a rational way. * Assist in infrastructure automation efforts using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools * Provide customer support and delivery excellence for cloud design, management, automation, and integration within Azure environments, perform routine monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Azure environments. What we expect of you: * Bachelor's degree and 5+ years total Information Technology experience, to include experience in delivering complex technical solutions, including planning, development, implementation, and support. Knowledge of vendor-supplied brands is also required. * Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to effectively interact with leadership stakeholders and clients. Candidate should maintain a professional, business-focused attitude and courteous manner towards clients, partners, and peers. * Ability to identify and deliver technical documentation that meets client-defined expectations. Strong attention to detail, especially client and project changes, and have demonstrated analytical skills to identify potential risks. * Experience balancing competing priorities with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines.
