• Assist in coordinating and executing product initiatives that support the Sexcel & IntelliGen product lines, including timelines, cross‑functional updates, and tactical deliverables. • Support the Product Line Manager by gathering business requirements, tracking innovation needs, and maintaining updated documentation. • Monitor competitor activity, customer needs, and market trends; summarize insights and develop dashboards to support product strategy. • Create and maintain communication materials, selling tools, and product resources. • Support product life‑cycle analysis, including data collection, reporting, and financial insights. • Build strong collaborative relationships across R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other internal partners. • Contribute to broader PLM activities as needed based on business priorities and workload.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Animal Science, Biology, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience required; 5–7 years preferred
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with experience working cross‑functionally
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced and evolving environment
- Experience in agriculture, genetics, or biotechnology is beneficial but not required
