Role Description Este es un puesto de trabajo remoto. ¿Te apasiona el growth, el performance marketing y construir sistemas de adquisición que realmente escalen? En esta oferta no buscamos un consultor ni alguien que solamente supervise campañas. Buscamos una persona hands-on, autónoma y con mentalidad builder, capaz de ejecutar, probar ideas y ayudarnos a crecer rápido. Este rol es para perfiles que disfrutan "entrar al barro", trabajar con datos, lanzar experimentos y construir sistemas de adquisición apoyándose en automatización e inteligencia artificial. Objetivo del puesto: - Diseñar, ejecutar y optimizar el sistema de adquisición y crecimiento de un producto SaaS, convirtiendo tráfico pagado y orgánico en usuarios de pago. - Responsabilidad directa sobre campañas, funnels, automatizaciones y crecimiento del producto, combinando visión estratégica con ejecución diaria. Tus tareas principales: - Gestionar y optimizar campañas en Meta Ads y Google Ads. - Diseñar y mejorar funnels completos de conversión. - Analizar KPIs clave como CAC, CPL, ROAS y conversiones. - Proponer y ejecutar experimentos de growth. - Diseñar automatizaciones y estrategias de email marketing y retención. - Apoyar la estrategia orgánica y generación de contenido. - Trabajar junto al equipo técnico para implementar mejoras y nuevas iniciativas. - Utilizar herramientas de IA para acelerar procesos, contenido y ejecución. - Generar reportes claros y seguimiento continuo de resultados. - Tener ownership real sobre el crecimiento del producto. Qualifications - +4 años de experiencia trabajando en SaaS, startups o agencias de marketing. - Nivel experto en Meta Ads. - Nivel avanzado en Email Marketing y CRM (ActiveCampaign o herramientas similares). - Experiencia real diseñando, ejecutando y escalando funnels de conversión. - Experiencia trabajando con estrategias de performance y adquisición digital. - Capacidad de liderar, tomar decisiones y ejecutar con autonomía. - Mentalidad data-driven y fuerte orientación a resultados. - Conocimiento práctico de herramientas de gestión y organización de contenido orgánico como Metricool. - Capacidad de construir y validar iniciativas sin depender constantemente de equipos técnicos. - Experiencia utilizando herramientas de IA para acelerar procesos, contenido y ejecución. - Buen nivel de organización y comunicación en remoto. Requirements - Valorable: Experiencia con Zapier o Make (nivel medio). - Inglés B2. - Curiosidad tecnológica real (IA, automatizaciones, nuevos canales). - Haber trabajado con modelos de suscripción (MRR, churn, LTV). - Experiencia gestionando presupuestos de paid media de +10.000€/mes. - Conocimientos de GA4, Google Tag Manager o Looker Studio. - Experiencia en startups SaaS B2B. - Haber trabajado en proyectos propios, side projects o negocios digitales.
