Role Description We're seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to bolster and scale our lifecycle email efforts. This is an execution-heavy, hands-on role for someone who likes moving fast, catching details others miss, and seeing their work go live every day. You'll work directly with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build, QA, send, and optimize emails across Klaviyo — spanning campaigns, flows, segments, and testing. Some days are very operational (building + QA), others are more analytical (spotting trends, diagnosing dips, testing ideas). Most are both. This role is ideal for someone who wants real ownership, strong mentorship, and exposure to lifecycle marketing inside a fast-moving startup. You'll get hands-on lifecycle and CRM experience fast - across campaigns, flows, testing, and strategy. If you're detail-obsessed, curious about performance, and want to grow into a lifecycle strategist, this role is built for that path.
