Role Description The Application Analyst in the Wellstar Information Technology department is responsible for the support, optimization and enhancement of clinical and revenue cycle applications across the Wellstar Health System, with a primary focus on Epic. Reporting to the Manager of Clinical and Revenue Cycle Applications, this intermediate-level role requires proven experience in building, configuring and supporting Healthcare Information Technology systems to meet the evolving needs of clinical and operational stakeholders. - Deliver support to ensure the efficient operation of assigned applications. - Assist with troubleshooting and resolving system issues in collaboration with Associate Application Analysts, Senior Analysts and other IT teams. - Document system configurations, workflows and resolution steps to promote knowledge sharing and maintain long-term application stability. Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions - Application Support & Maintenance: - Deliver support to ensure the efficient operation of assigned applications. - Assist with troubleshooting and resolving system issues in collaboration with Associate Application Analysts, Senior Analysts and other IT teams. - Document system configurations, workflows and resolution steps to promote knowledge sharing and maintain long-term application stability. - System Design, Build & Human-Centered Configuration: - Configure Epic and related third-party applications to meet evolving clinical and operational requirements. - Apply human factors design principles to reduce friction, support decision-making, and improve the user experience. - Lead integration testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live readiness assessments. - Assist in validation and testing of EHR systems to support clinical workflows and operational needs. - Collaborate with Application Analysts, Senior Application Analysts and clinical staff to implement EHR enhancements and optimize user workflows. - Participate in EHR testing, system upgrades and validation processes to ensure ongoing functionality, performance and regulatory compliance. - Learn how to thoroughly document EHR configuration changes, test results and issue resolutions to support team knowledge-sharing and long-term system stability. - Project Management: - Gather, clarify and document clinical and operational requirements from stakeholders. - Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and track progress across multiple assignments. - Schedule, facilitate and document meetings with clear agendas, notes and action items. - Create and maintain workflow diagrams and process documentation to support system improvements. - Build foundational skills in project planning and use tools like Excel, Project, SharePoint, etc. - Cross-Department Collaboration & Functional Support: - Act as a liaison between IT and clinical or operational teams to support effective communication around Epic and related third-party application functionality. - Develop a foundational understanding of how healthcare applications integrate with other systems, contributing insights to improve usability and workflow alignment. - Support project teams by assisting with requirements gathering, process documentation and implementation tasks across departments. - Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with clinical and operational goals. - Continuous Learning & Professional Development: - Be curious and enhance your knowledge through technical training as well as soft skills. - Develop skills in enhancing usability of technical systems. - Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies and best practices in healthcare IT. - Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by actively participating in training and development opportunities. - Build foundational knowledge and hands-on experience to prepare for EHR certification and future growth within the analyst career path. - Risk Management & Compliance: - Develop the ability to identify potential risks related to application performance, user adoption, and data security. - Assist in the development of strategies aimed at mitigating system-related risks. - Support efforts to ensure that applications comply with HIPAA, HITECH and other healthcare regulations while adhering to security standards. - Adaptability & Flexibility: - Demonstrates flexibility and professionalism in a fast-paced healthcare environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure. - Adjusts tasks, schedules and priorities to support evolving patient care and organizational needs. - Recognizes when shifting clinical or operational expectations require new approaches, and takes initiative to adapt accordingly. - Embraces changes in healthcare processes and technology with a positive attitude, focusing on how they enhance patient outcomes and system efficiency. - Works through ambiguity and challenges by evaluating options and collaborating on effective, patient-centered solutions. - Maintains a customer-focused mindset by partnering with clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver high-quality service. - Adapts behavior to meet the demands of different situations, including high-stress or urgent scenarios common in healthcare. - Quickly adopts new technologies and tools to improve care delivery, streamline workflows, and support organizational goals. Qualifications - Minimum 3 years Healthcare experience, including real-world exposure or internships in areas such as clinical applications, front office operations, RN training, project management, or other EMR experience. - Minimum 3 years Epic and/or related third-party application build experience for the assigned application area. - Minimum 1 year Project Management experience preferred. Requirements - High School Diploma General or Bachelors Information Technology-Preferred or Bachelors Health Administration-Preferred or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred or Bachelors Medical Technology-Preferred or Bachelors General-Preferred. - All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated. - For Epic positions - Certification in 2 or more modules, including 1 for assigned application area. - For third-party application positions - Associated system certification/training. - Must obtain Project Management training within 1 Year. - For Epic positions, must have Epic Usability Training Upon Hire Preferred or must complete Epic Usability Training within 180 Days Required. - Wellstar or other Lean training and certification Upon Hire Preferred or must complete Wellstar's Lean training and certification within 180 Days Required. Role Description AccuWeather is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to join its Marketing team to own and optimize the data and systems layer that powers our go-to-market execution. This role will be responsible for managing our CRM ecosystem (HubSpot, Dynamics), supporting data workflows across sales and marketing, and helping operationalize targeting, enrichment, and external signal-based prioritization. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and partnerships, ensuring that our revenue systems are accurate, scalable, and aligned to how we go to market. This role focuses on execution and optimization of revenue systems and data. It works closely with GTM leadership to operationalize strategy and ensure systems support how we go to market.
