• Sustain legacy SAP ECC environments while integrating them with modern e-invoicing and tax reporting infrastructures • Lead the technical adaptation of the SAP ECC landscape to meet evolving government regulations • Utilize EDICOM as a middleware powerhouse to bridge the gap between internal ERP data and strict Government Portals • Ensure compliance with local tax, trade, and reporting laws while maintaining cross-functional integration • Develop and maintain complex RICEFW objects in SAP ECC to extract tax-relevant data for new mandates • Configure and optimize IDoc or RFC interfaces between SAP ECC and EDICOM Global E-Invoicing Platform • Ensure seamless data transmission to national portals • Implement technical solutions for the UAE E-Invoicing pilot and full mandatory rollout • Manage ongoing B2B e-invoicing requirements and real-time VAT reporting updates across the EU region • Deploy and manage complex integrations with local systems and external government portals via EDI/IDoc • Support the end-to-end testing phases to ensure compliance with legal and system standards

• Lead the financial architectural design and implementation of Global E-Invoicing and E-Taxation mandates across Middle Europe (MEU) and Middle East & Africa (MEA) • Ensure that financial accounting and controlling processes (S/4HANA Finance) are compliant with the multi-year digital tax roadmap • Implement country-specific requirements, including ZATCA e-invoicing, VAT reporting, Intrastat filings, and local billing/tax processes • Manage integrations with EDICOM, government portals, EDI/IDoc, and external tax engines such as Vertex, Thomson Reuters, or Sovos • Conduct gap analysis between global templates and local legal requirements • Lead Unit, Integration, and UAT testing using tools such as INT4 and Tricentis Tosca • Support data migration, audit readiness, SAF-T reporting, and Continuous Transaction Controls (CTC) compliance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and regulatory compliance

Role Description - Support PTC’s solution delivery team in coordinating SAP BRIM activities within the UBOS program. - Deliver functional designs and configurations for BRIM and FICA capabilities, including: - Payments - Dunnings - Collections - Account determinations - CI/GL integrations - Lead functional testing efforts, review test scripts, validate results, and resolve defects across BRIM/FICA processes. - Assist BRIM architects with configuration tasks, including: - Business partner/contract account setup - Correspondence - Event framework updates - Provide BRIM/FICA process expertise to the testing team for scenario design and test data creation. - Support the data team with BRIM/FICA data mapping, translation rules, cross reference maintenance, and open item conversion. - Contribute to cutover planning, readiness activities, and FICA related migration tasks. - Maintain Azure DevOps work items, documentation, and progress tracking for BRIM/FICA deliverables. - Provide post go live support for FICA processes, including: - Monitoring payment interfaces - Dunning runs - Settlement jobs - Issue resolution - Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, Business Rule Framework plus (BRF+) rules, correspondence forms, and integration with external payment providers. - Support audit and compliance activities by ensuring FICA configuration aligns with financial controls and reporting requirements. - Fully document all created work associated with this position, including: - Technical and functional designs and diagrams - Test plans - Test scripts - Impact analysis reports - Lessons learned - Best practices for others to follow - Any other documentation as required by the Commission Qualifications - Experience with at least one full cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation required. - Expertise as a BRIM Functional Analyst with CI and/or FICA (8+ years preferred). - Strong understanding of FICA processes: - Payments - Dunning - Collections - Interest - Open item management - Integration with CI/GL - Experience with BRF+, event framework, and FICA related enhancements is a plus. - Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar ALM tools. - Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including: - Teams - Word - Excel - PowerPoint - Proficient in Microsoft ADO Testing Module. Requirements - 3+ years of SAP BRIM experience preferred. - Additional beneficial skills include: - Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects. - ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies. Certifications / Education - SAP S/4HANA BRIM certifications (BR230/BR234) preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in business management or information systems. - Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted.
