• Lead the execution and coordination of the organisation’s AI Transformation Plan across the business. • Ensure transformation activities remain aligned with agreed maturity assessments, portfolio objectives, and business priorities. • Coordinate AI transformation activities across departments to identify practical opportunities for AI-enabled improvement and operational efficiency. • Maintain tracking and reporting of AI initiatives, including delivery momentum, risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating issues where required. • Engage with and support portfolio-level AI transformation activities, including AI assessments, reporting, progress reviews, forums, peer groups, and related transformation initiatives as required. • Support staff and leaders through the transition to AI-enabled ways of working by providing practical education, training, guidance, and hands-on support. • Work with teams across R&D, product, sales and marketing, customer care, and operations to identify, trial, adopt, and embed practical AI tools and workflows that improve efficiency, quality, delivery, and operational effectiveness. • Establish practical AI working standards, governance expectations, and usage guidance to support safe, consistent, and effective adoption across the business. • Ensure appropriate documentation, controls, reporting, and oversight are maintained for AI-related initiatives and activities. • Reinforce responsible AI usage and ensure AI practices remain aligned with organisational security, compliance, risk management, and ethical expectations.

• Lead the rapid creation and iteration of digital products. • Act as the bridge between user needs and the final product, combining the empathy of a Product Manager, the visual eye of a UI/UX Designer, and the technical intuition of a Prompt Engineer. • Utilize AI coding assistants and LLMs to generate functional prototypes and front-end interfaces based on natural language prompts and design concepts. • Identify user needs, map out user journeys, and ensure the product effectively solves real-world problems. • Apply a strong design background to ensure AI-generated interfaces are visually appealing and intuitive. • Continuously refine and troubleshoot prompts to adjust the application's behavior, layout, and logic without traditional codebase maintenance.

• Support data and AI governance programs by helping clients define practical governance structures, roles, decision rights, and operating rhythms • Develop key governance artifacts such as policies, standards, playbooks, RACI matrices, intake workflows, and governance committee materials • Perform assessments and current-state analysis across data lifecycle, data quality, metadata, privacy, and access controls, then translate findings into clear recommendations and implementation roadmaps • Partner with data engineering, analytics, and security teams to align governance requirements to delivery patterns (data products, lakehouse/warehouse, BI publishing, and AI solution delivery) • Help establish data/AI governance and responsible data/AI practices including use case intake, risk tiering, human-in-the-loop expectations (for AI), model documentation, and ongoing monitoring approaches • Contribute to stakeholder engagement by drafting client-ready materials, facilitating working sessions, and documenting decisions and action items • Support delivery quality and team rhythms by contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, documentation, and status reporting • Lead governance workstreams and small delivery teams to design and implement data/AI governance programs that are actionable and sustainable • Own client relationships for your workstream by setting expectations, facilitating executive discussions, and driving alignment across business, IT, privacy, security, and legal stakeholders • Design and operationalize governance operating models including council structures, data stewardship models, decision escalation paths, and integrated controls across data, analytics, and AI • Define implementation roadmaps that connect strategy to execution, including sequencing, dependency management, change management, and measurable adoption outcomes • Establish AI governance and responsible AI guardrails such as model and use case inventory, risk management workflow, review boards, documentation standards, third-party oversight, and ongoing compliance reporting • Institute tactical and functional governance operations and controls that assist in operationalizing program and product-level governance • Translate governance needs into scalable enablement including templates, playbooks, training, and communications that improve adoption and reduce operational friction • Contribute to growth and pursuits by supporting proposal development, scoping, staffing plans, and the creation of reusable assets and accelerators
