Role Description The Digital Services Director is responsible for defining strategy and leading execution for Digital Services Prepress operations across the US and Canada. This role owns the end-to-end digital file lifecycle from customer submission through production readiness, ensuring efficient, scalable, and high-quality delivery into print manufacturing. The Director establishes the operating model, performance standards, and long-term roadmap for digital workflows and prepress, driving continuous improvement, cost optimization, and service excellence. This role partners closely with IT, Sales, Customer Service, and plant leadership to enhance digital capabilities and improve the overall customer experience. Reporting through a team of leaders, the Digital Services Director is accountable for organizational performance, talent development, and delivering measurable business results. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital services, prepress, print manufacturing, or related operations. - Deep expertise in prepress processes, digital file workflows, and production environments. - Proven ability to define strategy and lead large, multi-location teams. - Strong experience driving operational improvement, transformation, and process standardization. - Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and make data-driven financial decisions. - Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver system, workflow, and process improvements. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of the organization.
