Senior UX Designer
Flying Bisons
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers and developers to align business goals with user needs • Advocate for users throughout the product development process • Continuously refine experiences based on user feedback and metrics • Translate regulations into user-friendly experiences and iterate based on feedback • Work on complex forms, data visualization, and designing for diverse user needs while meeting accessibility standards and security requirements • Embrace an AI-first approach — integrating AI into workflows, ideation, and output • Create best-in-class design solutions and user experiences • Map user flows, define information architecture, design wireframes and interfaces • Ensure the designs meet project requirements and standards, and are consistent across the product • Involve in research to understand how the product is performing and identifying opportunities for further enhancements • Review and improve current products with continuous optimisation through analytics tools
Job Requirements
- Strong portfolio of commercial projects
- Full understanding of the best design processes and how to tailor them to user and client needs
- Understanding of web and mobile design principles, including responsive and adaptive design
- Understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar
- Familiarity with designing for accessibility and inclusive design practices
- AI-First Mindset and Design Approach
- Good command of written and spoken English (minimum B2 level)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proactive attitude, with the ability to solve problems and figure things out
- Extreme attention to detail
- Experience in UX Audits would be a plus
- Experience with projects in the MENA region a big plus
