Qualifications - 8+ anos de experiência em product design, com ao menos parte dessa trajetória em empresas de produto digital. - Histórico de projetos liderados de forma autônoma — do diagnóstico à entrega — sem depender de escopo definido por outros. - Portfólio com soluções visualmente refinadas e entregues em produção — processo importa, mas o produto final também. - Experiência de interface com lideranças seniores — VPs, C-level ou equivalentes — com capacidade de contextualizar problemas e defender direções de design nesse nível. - Trajetória que combine contextos que te ajudam a operar melhor na zona cinzenta entre visão e execução. - Capacidade de articular problemas de design para stakeholders de negócio e engenharia — não só apresentar soluções, mas vender o problema. - Perfil executor: tira projetos do zero, fecha ciclos, não para no conceito. Role Description Support role which works with internal teams to review, update, and assist with the completion of study startup documents with oversight from a Study Design Lead. Assists with administrative tasks. - Works on problems of limited scope; follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. - Learns to use professional concepts.
