Job Description
Junior Media Buyer / Creative Ad Specialist
Aristo Sourcing
Role Description For our client, this role sits at the intersection of creative production and paid media execution. The Junior Media Buyer/Creative Ad Specialist is the engine behind our static ad pipeline responsible for building high‑converting image ads and launching campaigns at speed and scale. Strategy and optimization remain with the Head Media Buyer; your focus is flawless execution and throughput. Key Responsibilities - Static Image Ad Creation: - Produce professional, client‑specific static ads using provided concepts. - Source inspiration from Meta Ad Library (real competitor ads, not generic AI templates). - Execute variations in Canva, ZoopAds, or similar tools with same‑day turnaround. - Maintain high design standards: human, relevant, and brand‑accurate. - Campaign Launching: - Launch campaigns using clients' standardized 4‑campaign CBO structure (DM Conversations, Brand Awareness/Follow, LP Leads, Form Leads). - Target throughput: up to 15 accounts in 4 hours. - Ensure naming conventions, targeting, budgets, and pixel events meet the required standards. - Creative Iteration: - Refresh winning ads with new headlines, imagery, and CTAs to combat fatigue. - Repurpose organic content into paid formats when assigned. - Maintain a library of top‑performing creative concepts by vertical. - Performance Standards: - Same‑day turnaround on all assigned creatives. - Campaign launch accuracy and speed (15 accounts / 4 hours). - Zero critical errors (branding, offers, links, seasonal relevance). - Consistent design quality across 70+ client accounts. - Proactive communication during MST business hours. - Updated documentation for all launches. What You Are / Are Not - You Are: - The single point of ownership for static ad creative production. - Measured on speed, quality, and error‑free delivery. - An executor who thrives on direction and independence. - You Are Not: - The strategist (owned by Head Media Buyer). - The account manager (owned by pod leaders). - The video editor or copywriter (separate teams). Qualifications - Experience with Meta Ads Manager (campaign creation, targeting, pixel setup). - High‑volume static ad design (e‑commerce background a plus). - Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or similar tools. - Familiarity with Meta Ad Library research and competitor analysis. - Bonus: exposure to AI design tools (ZoopAds, Higgsfield, Gemini). Traits We Value - Fast executors who ship work without overthinking. - Strong design instinct (layout, typography, visual hierarchy). - Reliable, responsive, and detail‑oriented. - Comfortable handling high‑volume accounts. - Self‑motivated with proactive communication. Auto‑Disqualifiers - Do not apply if you: - Seek strategy/optimization work (this is execution‑only). - Cannot work MST business hours. - Lack design fundamentals (ads must not look like default templates). - Go silent under pressure or need constant supervision. - Have a track record of missed deadlines or repeated errors. Success Metrics - Speed: same‑day creative turnaround. - Accuracy: campaigns launched error‑free. - Quality: ads that look professional and human. - Communication: proactive, responsive, coachable. - Volume: ability to deliver at scale without degradation. Candidate Fit - This role is ideal for someone who: - Thrives on execution and output, not meetings or decks. - Gets energy from building fast and seeing campaigns go live. - Has the design instinct to make ads look crafted, not templated. - Wants to grow inside a fast‑scaling agency where production directly drives client results. Location and Compensation - Fully Remote: Based in South Africa - Salary: $1000-$1500 - Working Hours: US Hours Mountain Standard Time
