Product Manager

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. • Conduct market research and customer interviews to identify product opportunities. • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to drive product decisions. • Develop AI-focused product strategies, including AI go-to-market approaches and pricing models for new products. • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to define product requirements and specifications. • Prioritize features, enhancements, and fixes based on business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility. • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring the team is focused on delivering the highest value items. • Work closely with engineering to ensure product requirements are understood and implemented. • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption. • Lead product discovery efforts, including customer research, competitor analysis, and usability testing. • Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features. • Track product performance and KPIs, adjusting strategy as needed based on insights and results. • Organize and lead regular customer advisory board sessions to gather strategic input, validate product direction, and strengthen key customer relationships. • Lead the go-to-market strategy for new products and features, ensuring all teams are aligned for successful launches. • Monitor and optimize the product throughout its lifecycle, from concept to retirement. • Provide ongoing support for the product and address any issues that arise post-launch.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills – able to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Experience using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Aha!, Productboard).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Willingness to travel – you’re comfortable visiting customers and being on-site when needed. (20%-30%)
