Aligns partner’s corporate mission and goals with the people, programs and resources at ServiceNow. Ensure alignment with ServiceNow’s Partner Industry Solutions strategy and, where applicable, Service Provider programs. - Accelerate Workflow and Now Platform “Practice” growth via joint GTM plans with associated investment aligned to ServiceNow’s four C requirements: Capacity, Capability, Competency, and Customer Success. - Drive regular partner cadence including pipeline reviews, operational excellence, QBR’s and EBC’s to drive partner and ServiceNow executive alignment. - Develop and execute capacity plans to assure partner is well positioned to sell the value of the Now Platform and to deliver successful customer implementations with high degrees of customer success via proper competencies, certifications, and committed co-delivery plan. - Collaborate with Marketing teams on both sides to build and execute joint closed-loop demand generation plans (Partner Prospecting Days (PPD), CxO Roundtables and joint events). Qualifications - Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. - Develop & Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (Business Planning Guides, Enablement Journeys etc.) - Effectively coach & enable partners both remotely and face to face as needed. - Communicate Partner Programs’ Requirements & Benefits across the ecosystem. - Provide Day-to-Day Management of Partner Ecosystem. - Work closely with ServiceNow Partner Operations and Partner Enablement to ensure reporting and best practice is being executed. - Conduct Quarterly and Bi-annual Business Reviews. - Develop Partner Business Case + Program Roadmaps. - Articulate investment areas needed to both enter and progress through the partner program. - Execute Remediation Plans. - Enhance & Manage Partner Portal and Other Systems. - Work Towards Partner Revenue Goals through Teaming & Subcontracting. - Build and Maintain Relationships Between the PDC and the Partner ecosystem. - Participate in Marketing Events. - Approximately 10% travel. Role Description The Group Fleet Manager is responsible for overseeing fleet maintenance operations across multiple locations within their assigned area. This role ensures that all vehicle maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance programs, and fleet compliance requirements are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with corporate and regulatory standards. The role also provides leadership and oversight of in-house maintenance shops where applicable, while also managing relationships and performance with third-party maintenance providers. Working closely with local operations leadership and the corporate fleet team, the Group Fleet Manager drives fleet reliability, vehicle availability, regulatory compliance, and maintenance cost performance while supporting continuous improvement in fleet operations. Responsibilities/Essential Functions - Fleet Management - Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Group and Facility General Managers, local fleet coordinators, and other internal partners to ensure fleet readiness, safety, and regulatory compliance. - Collaborate with local operations, Corporate Fleet, and Procurement to implement standardized policies related to vehicle safety, maintenance programs, parts procurement, and rental utilization. - Manage fleet performance using company systems, dashboards, and operational reporting tools. - Lead recurring fleet performance reviews with Group and Facility General Managers covering vehicle safety and compliance, preventative maintenance, repair trends and costs, rental utilization and other fleet initiatives. Provide recommendations and assistance in developing improvement plans. - Support the DOT compliance team with local adherence to corporate safety, fleet, and maintenance policies, such as eDVIR compliance, telematics, vehicle inspections, recalls, and hazardous waste disposal. - Maintenance Operations - Provide technical guidance and support for complex vehicle maintenance issues, assisting both in-house locations and 3rd party vendors in diagnosing and resolving them. - Track and monitor preventative maintenance compliance, scheduling, in-house and 3rd party repair orders, parts inventory, mechanic productivity, and shop efficiency. - Implement productivity, service, and cost performance improvement plans at field fleet operations and shops. - Execute corporate purchasing and parts programs across assigned locations to drive cost control and standardization. - Manage local relationships with third-party maintenance vendors to ensure quality repairs, competitive pricing, and service level expectations. - Ensure vehicles are maintained within warranty parameters and that manufacturer recalls and campaigns are quickly identified and completed. - Shop Management and Development - Manage the fleet mechanic staff in multiple locations, including responsibility for hiring, scheduling, performance management, training, and overall performance. - Organize workflow, quality control, and shop organization by maintaining positive employee relationships and enforcing preventive maintenance standards. - Provide directions and guidelines for the fleet mechanic regarding assigned work, repair order, and vehicle service records updates. - Ensure the fleet mechanics have updated knowledge, skills, and qualifications. - Monitor the location, condition, and care of shop tools, equipment, repair order trends for example breakdowns, multiple fleet failures, comebacks, and tire wear. Qualifications - Must be a proactive manager with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to understand interdepartmental relationships to collaborate across the organization. - Expertise in vehicle preventive maintenance systems, parts procurement, purchase order process, and inventory management. - Ability to plan, organize workflow, prioritize tasks, analyze data across multiple locations. - Ability to read P&L, analyze spending, and implement cost reduction initiatives. Requirements - AA degree in related field or equivalent work experience. - 7 to 10 years prior experience managing fleet operations in 300 to 500 vehicles. - Prior experience of operating and managing a fleet shop is preferred. - Meet all requirements of a qualified commercial driver; position requires regular travel to various Market Centers with Fleet Maintenance Shops. - Driver’s license. - Automobile insurance on personal vehicle. - Meet minimum DMV/MVR points per company policy. - ASE Master Mechanic Certification a plus. Working Environment/Safety Requirements - Time may be spent in a vehicle repair environment.
