• Develop and evolve our internal design resource hub, applying UI/UX principles and web development skills including AI-assisted tools, to improve navigation, structure, and content discoverability; • Create and maintain onboarding materials, documentation standards, and instructional content, including email designs, visual guides, and simple how-to videos, for internal teams, vendors, and external partners; • Contribute to our design-system library (Sketch, with potential migration to Figma); • Translate high-fidelity design prototypes into detailed, actionable specifications (redlines, spacing, behavior, and design systems); • Design internal communications and provide support to keep teams informed and resourced

• Perform audio, video, and control design functions to support the sales, design, implementation, and support of custom audiovisual systems • Assist Sales and Technology Consulting with producing ROM pricing and facility impacts to facilitate client budgeting • Produce project documentation to include functional narratives, single line diagrams, plan drawings, details, elevations, bill of materials, technical narratives, pull schedules, and any other information needed to clearly communicate deployment expectations • Participate in internal and external design meetings to translate client’s functional requirements into viable technical systems • Travel to meet with colleagues and clients on a semi-regular basis • Keep up on the latest technologies through manufacturer and industry trainings • Collaborate with Electrosonic Consultants during the design process to ensure that clients' needs are being met • Collaborate with Electrosonic Engineers during the deployment process to ensure that design intent is understood

• Work on projects from start to finish — working collaboratively across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation. • Show strong conceptual and integrated design thinking for web, digital, ecommerce, print, OOH, POS and advertising. • Define the look and feel for a variety of digital and print design projects. • Implement existing brand guidelines on projects. • Develop user centered and engaging responsive web and email layouts. • Develop printed collateral from start to repro ready. • The ability to work under direction and using your own initiative. • Presenting your work internally and to clients and manage workloads within agreed timings. • Keeping up to date with current design trends. • Understand what makes GREAT content e.g., best practices for making ecommerce, social assets, mobile first, OOH, POS, and other printed collateral.
