Are you the Senior Account Manager we’re looking for? Our Senior Account Managers take a lead role in communicating and managing a variety of high-priority Creative and Digital products in our Client Success Department alongside our team to produce cohesive marketing campaigns that exceed client goals and wow consumers. This position is responsible for: - Managing our highest priority clients’ expectations and timelines through clear communication by aligning customer needs with our industry expertise. - Growing and renewing client relationships by building effective and strategic marketing campaigns with customers that include our digital and creative product lines. - Collaborating with internal teams to drive ROI, communicate best practices, and ensure overall client success. We’re looking for someone who has: - A proven understanding of our core product line as seen on our website as well as in-depth experience managing digital and/or creative products. - An outstanding work ethic with the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
