Location: Minneapolis United States Job Description: Impact As a Senior Manager, Network Strategy located in Minneapolis MN or US Remote, you will be responsible for shaping the network vision, identifying opportunities for improvement, and blending strategy and operations to enhance existing network capabilities While no two days are the same, you will lead projects and programs, working cross-functionally to size, roadmap, experiment, and implement improvements while tracking their effectiveness. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, operations, data science, and finance to solve complex business problems, build new capabilities utilizing data-driven decision-making, and run tests. Additionally, you will present your strategy and vision to gain alignment with Director/VP+ stakeholders, manage prioritization and trade-offs, monitor KPI reporting, and act as a mentor to elevate the analytical rigor of peers and junior team members. What You'll Need to Be Successful - You have 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, logistics, fulfillment, or 2+ years in strategy and consulting - You have 3+ years of experience in Retail, consumer-focused e-commerce, or consumer technology environments (preferred) - You have 2+ years of experience creating and delivering presentations, briefs, or business cases to drive decisions incross-functional groups of Director/VPs and above - You have a track record of individual impact and the ability to drive outcomes in fast-moving, cross-functional environments - You have strong business acumen and an analytical, process-oriented mindset, and are comfortable making data-driven decisions - You are a strategic and creative thinker who can create structure in fluid and ambiguous environments , and experience leading cross-functional projects - You have excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills to interact with stakeholders across levels and geographies Pay Range: $100,000- $125,000 Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
