In this remote role, the SkillBridge participant will build foundational knowledge in maintenance planning, technical documentation, PMMP deliverables, quality reviews, system familiarization, and data analysis. The participant will work under the guidance of the PMMP supervisor and assigned mentor while gaining practical experience that supports future transition into an entry-level Engineering Technologist role. Essential Functions/Duties - Support PMMP planning, documentation, and analysis activities under the guidance of the PMMP supervisor and assigned mentor. - Collaborate with PMMP team members and cross-functional stakeholders to understand maintenance planning requirements, deliverable expectations, and schedule drivers. - Assist with developing and maintaining project plans, action trackers, schedules, and status updates to support PMMP deliverables and section priorities. - Support the preparation and review of PMMP deliverables, including PMMP plans, Technical Assistance Job Reports, eSSPINST review packages, Required Document List updates, and related documentation. - Assist with quality control reviews by comparing deliverables against applicable work instructions, checklists, templates, and customer requirements. - Support PMMP analysis efforts by reviewing maintenance data, identifying trends, documenting issues, and helping prepare summary reports or leadership briefs. - Become familiar with PMMP-related systems and tools. - Identify potential risks, process gaps, or improvement opportunities and communicate observations to the supervisor or mentor. - Participate in team meetings, working sessions, and coaching discussions to build understanding of PMMP workflows, customer coordination, and Engineering Technologist responsibilities. Program Details The program is designed for transitioning military members within their final 180 days of service. Participants will gain practical work experience and on-the-job training in PMMP plan structuring, maintenance analysis, technical documentation, and program support. Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $0 - $0 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan.
