Role Description The Financial Data Analyst partners closely with stakeholders across the Finance, Global Operations and Commercial Teams at MTA to turn business questions into clear, actionable insights. As part of a Finance-embedded Analytics Team, this role surfaces the business needs behind data requests, determines the right questions to answer, and delivers analysis and reporting that drive decisions. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in finance, analytics, data science or similar field required - 1-3 years of experience in analytics, reporting or data-adjacent role - Experience building reports and dashboards in Tableau (or similar BI tool) - Working knowledge of SQL (extracting data, joining tables and troubleshooting when something looks off) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including complex functions and pivot tables Requirements - Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders - Excellent analytical judgement and critical and abstract reasoning skills - Superior attention to detail and accuracy - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize workload - Demonstrated ability to translate a business question into an analytical approach with manageable parts - Curiosity about data and business problems and willingness to ask questions when something is unclear - Demonstrated ability and initiative for learning new tools quickly - Strongly self-disciplined; thrives in a virtual team environment - Ability to work across multiple time zones and relate to diverse cultures - Familiarity with event industry or project-based revenue recognition is a plus

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and develop performance metrics • Collaborate with data engineering teams to design data models • Lead proactive analyses to identify key trends • Evaluate new features and recommend growth opportunities • Build and maintain dashboards to present insights • Write production-quality SQL and Python to create new data assets • Drive the development of AI-enabled analytics and workflows

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making. • Extract, clean, and transform data from ERP systems and other sources for reporting and analysis. • Rebuild and stabilise reporting processes to improve reliability, accuracy, and continuity. • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies while ensuring data integrity across reporting outputs. • Collaborate with leadership and operational teams to deliver commercially meaningful insights and reporting solutions. • Support data migration, cloud transition initiatives, and improvements to data pipelines and structures. • Assist with ad hoc reporting, pricing analysis, data governance, and ongoing business intelligence initiatives.

• Support data analysis and reporting for sales, pipeline, and revenue‑related use cases • Assist in building and maintaining BI reports and dashboards (e.g., sales performance, KPIs, trends) • Help with data validation, data quality checks, and basic data preparation across multiple sales data sources • Document metrics, definitions, and analytics logic to support clarity and reuse • Collaborate with the RevOps Sales Intelligence team to understand how analytics informs business decisions
